Pick Collov AI if…
  • walls, windows and doors must stay as they are: lower room 01 drift (11.0 vs 18.1).
  • the delivered photo must keep your exact camera frame: it passed our framing check; TINTY failed it (only 89.1% of the original frame visible).
  • speed matters: room 01 came back in 18.6 s vs about 30 s.
  • cost per photo decides it: $0.45 vs $2.25 on the cheapest paid option (Standard (monthly), $27/month).
  • you need furniture removal (declutter), restyling a furnished room, day-to-dusk, sky replacement, virtual renovation (wall and floor recolor), 360 or video output, an API, a "virtually staged" disclaimer option and a stated commercial-use licence: listed on Collov AI's pages, not listed or not verified for TINTY.

Room 01: original vs staged

Same empty open-plan room, default settings, first output only. Each image shows the original next to the aligned output.

What we noted

TINTY

Room 01: Framing fails: the default crop frame returns a 3:2 image, so about 54 px are cut from the top and from the bottom (11% of the frame). Inside the visible area the architecture matches the original closely. Time is approximate (at most about 30 s).

Editor notes: Living zone staged; suits open plan. Believable sizes; the sideboard is pushed against the left door frame. No warped objects; a black chair is cut off at the right edge and the 3:2 crop loses the top and bottom.

Pricing notes: Listing pack $29 once for 10 photos ($2.90). TINTY Studio (human-finished): $10/photo, 2-24 h. Stages empty rooms only; no kitchens, bathrooms or exteriors.

Collov AI

Room 01: Lowest architecture drift on room 01 and kept the frame. Removed the chair that was already in the room (allowed: it is furniture). Output is slightly smaller than the original (1200x896 vs 1280x960).

Editor notes: Living zone staged and kitchen untouched, which suits an open-plan room. Sofa, rug and chairs are sized right and leave the kitchen walkway clear. No melted or floating items; the large central collov.ai logo is the main blemish.

Pricing notes: Yearly billing: $0.32/photo (Standard) and $0.33 (Advanced). Credits reset monthly. 'High-resolution downloads' (no pixel size given); our free outputs were about 1.1 MP. $19/mo if billed yearly ($228).

Architecture drift runs from 0 to 100, lower is better (how much walls, windows and doors changed after aligning the output to the original). Differences of about 3 points or less are within measurement noise. Framing fails if the tool cropped, zoomed, shifted or rotated the photo beyond our thresholds. Editor realism ratings are one person's 1-5 ratings, not blind. Details: methodology. Partial results: 1 of 10 rooms scored for most tools (Collov AI also has rooms 02-05, Pedra rooms 02-06 and Roomagen room 02. The leaderboard still compares room 01 only.).
