StagingBench publishes benchmark results, prices and guides about AI virtual staging tools for information only. It is not professional, legal or purchasing advice. We work carefully, but the content is provided "as is", without any warranty that it is complete, accurate or up to date. Check the vendor's own pages before you buy, and check your MLS and local rules before you publish staged photos.
Scores are dated test results
Scores, ratings and rankings reflect our own tests, run with the settings and on the date stated on each page, under our methodology. Tools change often, so a later version may perform differently. Prices and features are taken from vendors' public pages on the date shown and can change without notice.
Trademarks
Tool names, logos and other trademarks belong to their owners. Using them here identifies the products we tested and does not mean the owners endorse StagingBench. StagingBench is not affiliated with any vendor.
Affiliate links and sponsors
Some outbound links are affiliate links, and the site may carry sponsor slots that are always labelled. Commissions and sponsorships never affect scores or ranking order. Details, including the list of tools with affiliate links, are on the disclosure page.
Vendor right of reply
Vendors receive their raw outputs and scores before publication, can point out factual errors, and may publish a short statement on their tool page, as described in our right-of-reply policy. Verified errors are corrected.
Using our content
You are welcome to quote and link to our results with a link to the page you used; see About · Press. Test photos are credited in our photo credits.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, StagingBench and the StagingBench Team are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this site or from decisions based on its content, or for the content, products or services of external sites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
